Create a space in your kitchen designed just for your toddler! A space like this gives your toddler independence to put away and retrieve their own dishes, wash their dishes, wash their hands and prepare their own snack and so much more. I’m excited to see all the learning opportunities Conley will find using this space and excited to share that with you all too! ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

There are so many different ways you can create your toddler’s functional kitchen. I love a good creative project so I went a little crazy with this one. But that is completely okay if that is not you. Creating your toddler a kitchen doesn’t have to be complicated. ⁣⁣

Almost all of those items I used were thrifted. For the functional sink I used a thrifted table and sawed a hole in it to fit the bowl. The cabinet I found years ago and used it in my Preschool. I cut a few inches off the bottom so it would be toddler height and then painted it this green color (inspired by @sweetbungalow ) .

⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Hope this gives you some inspiration to create your toddler’s own little space in your kitchen!
